Our Founder
Shruti Bisht
Founder & President
Advocate Shruti Bist is a Delhi-based practicing lawyer (Advocate-on-Record) in the Supreme Court of India, with her office in Jangpura Extension and chamber at the Supreme Court. She specializes in Land Acquisition, Corporate Laws, Cyber Laws, Media Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Arbitration, Insolvency, Human Rights, and Criminal Litigation.
A distinguished author, legal columnist, media personality, and public speaker, she holds an LL.M. in Corporate Laws and Intellectual Property Rights.
Her legal expertise has contributed to national policy-making. Her expert opinion has been considered by Parliament during the drafting of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. She has also served as a legal expert for the Personal Data Protection Bill and the Industrial Relations Code, 2020.
Advocate Shruti Bist is the President & Founder of the International Economic Forum of Commerce and Industry (IEF CI) and the International Council of Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security Research and Development (CAICS).
She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, and an Internationally Accredited Mediator in Singapore and London.
She also serves as the President of the National Cyber Security Council, Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (WICCI) and Chairwoman (Delhi) of G100 – AI & Cyber Security.
Advocate Shruti Bist actively submits representations to the Prime Minister’s Office and various government ministries to strengthen and improve the implementation of Cyber Laws in India.
